STRIKE MAGAZINE
In Fall 2022, I worked as a Graphic Designer for Strike Magazine, where I collaborated with a team of designers to create engaging social media graphics and designed my own section of the magazine. This role allowed me to experiment with layout design, using bold visuals, scanned objects and patterns, and typography to enhance and respond to the written content in a compelling way. I worked closely with writers, photographers, and fellow designers to ensure that each spread felt dynamic and cohesive. The following year, I stepped into the role of Art Director, where I steered the greater vision of the magazine into actionable application. In addition to continuing my design work,
I oversaw the entire design team, managed the production of the magazine, and led the creation of all social media content.
I worked to maintain visual consistency while using experimental analog methods to express a non-traditional creative practice. This experience strengthened my ability to lead a creative team, coordinate large-scale design projects, and balance both artistic vision and organizational strategy.
